Overview

Côte d’Or Technopole is a business park located at a strategic point between Moka Smart City, Cote D’Or Smart City and Ebene Cyber City. It is a flagship project of Landscope Mauritius and is backed by the government of Mauritius as a technology and economic hub for businesses. The Park consists of 18 specific business districts leased to individual developers who will develop amenity-specific projects based on the masterplan design. This includes a range of areas such as specialized technology operators, a high-tech medical centre, an SME accelerator, a Fintech lab and office and residential complexes.
As a Smart City development, the business park project adheres to the highest environmental standards and is built with conscious sustainability such as pedestrian walkways, green areas, and mobility and will in future have the metro extension directly into the Technopole.
